Our Social Ministries extend to all the regions our Sisters are present. Our Social Ministries include our Social Concerns Ministry which coordinates advocacy efforts, including public demonstrations and prayer. /photoalbums/social-ministries/Chron%202%20.jpg _parent
Through our Social Ministries in the many countries where our Sisters live, we directly assist people with immediate needs, such as food, clothing, shelter and other critical services, while at the same time working to address the root causes of social injustices through education and legislative advocacy. We partner with dozens of organizations that share our values to further the healing ministry of Jesus in the myriad ways individuals and families are suffering in our world.
Social issues that are of paramount concern to the Congregation are:
- Protection of Life in all stages
- Preventing Human Trafficking and supporting survivors
- Aiding and advocating for Immigrants and Refugees
- Supporting Vulnerable Families
- Caring for God's Creation through ecological stewardship.
